Comcast and NBC launch 24-hour sports network

NBC and Comcast are teaming up to rebrand the former Versus network into a 24-hour sports network.

The worry here is that in the long run TV rights will rise tremendously and will be passed down to the consumer. And with the reach of almost 50 million homes, Comcast has the ability to grow this venture quickly.

    So…excuse my ignorance, but this new 24-hour sports channel is on cable or satellite? I guess its not on “regular” NBC right? that would be great!
